• We do not have customer accounts, and you cannot place an order on this site yet, so we do not collect names, addresses or payment details through it.
• We do not run newsletters, advertising pixels or analytics tracking on this site.
• As with any website, our hosting provider processes the technical details of your visit, such as your network address and the pages requested, to serve and protect the site. Those provider logs are not under our control and we do not claim they do not exist.

If you use the fragrance finder, the words you type are sent to an artificial-intelligence service so it can suggest fragrances from our own catalogue, and your recent messages are held only for the length of that conversation so the replies make sense. We do not ask for personal details there, and we suggest you do not include any. We do not use these conversations to build a profile of you.

Our product records, images and prices are managed through our e-commerce provider, Shopify. Browsing product pages here does not create an order or a customer record.

The site uses only the technical storage needed to make pages work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Once purchasing opens, we will need order and delivery details to fulfil your order, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
